To celebrate the merging of Hain Design and 427 Advertising into 427 Design, we held our first open house in 2007. Centered around the theme of “Breaking Bread” (a nod to our office building’s former life as the Acme Bread Factory), the catered event featured freshly baked loaves, t-shirts, stickers, and a screenprinted poster.

We designed a promotional packet for the launch of Brains & Butter that included a screenprinted postcard (with informational flow chart), letterpressed and hand-watercolored card and printed vellum “butter wrapper” envelope.

In conjunction with the University of Akron we created original, hand drawn art for this Design Week, “Fontoween” poster. The five-color poster was screenprinted in our print lab by a group of design students.
